Check Order Status: All orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will have a tracking number assigned to them. Once we have determined we have all items in stock at the time of order and the order is fully packaged and sent, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. In the unlikely event you didn't receive your confirmation email with a number, please let us know. You can contact us by using our contact form. Please ensure you provide your order number and full name. We will send you a new confirmation email.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund within 21 days of original purchase. Please read terms and conditions below. Simply, email us with a full description and reason for your exchange or return. Then simply return the item* via insured mail either with Canada Post, USPS or a carrier of your choice to the address provided below. Once the item has been returned and received by us, we will contact you by email with information about your exchange or refund. Please send all items to the following address.

* All returned items must be complete, undamaged and unworn and in all the original packaging. It is the senders responsibility to ensure all returned items are intact and adhere to these conditions.

Shipping & Handling

Orders shipped standard (Canada Post Ground Service) will be received within 7-10 business days from the date of order placement. If you need a RUSH shipment please notify me and I will be more than happy to provide you with a shipping quote for Xpresspost.
